Chad Lieberman Teaches Important On-Page SEO Factors

SEO or Search Engine Optimization is one of the most important things that you need to do if you want your business to be able to take advantage of the power of the Internet. Unfortunately, you need to consider a lot of different things if you want to be successful with it, and this is the reason why there are a lot of people who are having problems when implementing SEO. This article was written to help you learn more about on-page SEO and the things that will help you be successful with it.  When we say on-page SEO, it often refers to a process wherein a person will be modifying his website to make it more optimized for search engines. This is one of the most important things that you need to do, and this is where you need to get started before you move forward to other SEO methods. Below are some of the factors that you need to consider when doing on-page SEO:

Website Title - this refers to the title of your website. SEO would be easier if the keyword that you are targeting is placed on the title of your website, but it doesn't mean that you won't be successful in SEO without it.  Meta Description - Twitter gives you 140 characters to say something, while meta description will give you anywhere from 145 up to 160 characters to say something about your website. This will give search engines a quick view of your website, and will quickly check the content that it should contain. Also, this is where you will be describing what your website will be for. You also need to make sure that your description is relevant to the keyword that you want to target, because this will help search engines to determine whether your website is relevant to the keyword.

Meta Tags - these can also be referred to as keywords. These tags will create a list of words or group of words that best describe your website. It is very important because this is what search engines will be checking when visiting your site, and will be the basis whether it is relevant or not.  Content Relevancy - regardless of how good you worked on other on-page SEO factors, everything will be useless if the content that you have on your website is not related to the keywords that you are targeting.  Learn more at http://www.6wseo.com or contact Chad Lieberman directly at 212-600-0775

Chad Lieberman Teaches Drastically Improve Your Search Engine Ranking

If you have ever created your own website or blog, without even knowing who you are or what your site is about (unless it rhymes with "pace book"), I would be willing to bet that you have wondered how to get more visitors to your site. This is because driving traffic to new websites is without a doubt the hardest part of becoming a successful internet entrepreneur. With so many websites for people to choose from in almost every different topic you could think of, the competition is stiff when it comes to attracting visitors to come to your site rather than any other one. If you are going to have success on the internet, you need to learn how to improve the search engine ranking of your website.

SEO involves catering your content to be "favored" by search engines. There are many different tricks to doing this, with the most important aspect being choosing keywords for each of the pages of your site. Based on the content contained on the page, the keyword(s) you choose should both reflect this content and be strategically contained within the content. Make sure you have your most popular keyword contained in the page title, article title, page description (created for use by search engines), URL of the page, first paragraph of the content, and at least one other time throughout the writing. You also want your most popular keyword contained in the links to the page, both within your site and from other sites (see #3 below for more information on this).

When it comes to deciding which keywords to use for each page, try to go for more descriptive keywords rather than generic ones. Even though it would be ideal to be displayed on the first page of a Google search for the most popular keywords, the reality is that it is much harder to compete for those spots. If you choose a more specific keyword, (for example, for this page I used "improve your search engine ranking" rather than just "search engine optimization") then even though it is not searched for as frequently, it will be easier to compete to be on the first page of the search. Basically, it is better to be on the first page of a keyword phrase that is searched 20 times per hour than on the tenth page of one that is searched 200 times per hour, just simply on the premise that more people are going to see your site.

Having high quality content is also key in improving your search engine ranking. Google's definition of how to produce high quality content is "Create a useful, information-rich site, and write pages that clearly and accurately describe your content." The most important thing to make sure you provide with your content is useful information. Make sure that you write about things that people are going to want to read about or are able to learn something from. Generally, if you focus your site around something that you know a great deal about, you will be able to produce excellent content. Choose a website topic and subtopics that you would consider yourself an "expert" on, and it will allow you to write very informational articles.

Making sure that your site is well linked internally as well as having high quality backlinks from external sources leading to your site will greatly improve your search engine ranking. Having a navigation bar constantly displayed across the top of every page of your site will help improve the internal linking of your site. Included in the navigation bar should be 4-6 of the most popular pages of your site. Also, make sure that every page of your website is able to be reached through a link from at least one other page of the site. At the same time you do not want to have too many links on each page, as it does not look appealing.  For your external links, having a solid number of high quality backlinks to the most popular pages of your site will rank your site higher. It is also important if the sites with the backlinks are ranked highly themselves by search engines. To get these backlinks, post links to your site on popular forums and blogs related to the same topic of your website. When doing this, don't just spam the forum or blog with a useless post telling people to go to your site, but actually join into the conversation and contribute something to the discussion before you talk about your own site. Submitting your site to online directories is another good way to create some high quality backlinks.

How you promote your site on the web also plays a major part in determining your search engine ranking. Once you start having some success in gaining viewers, it could be a good idea to purchase some advertising on other popular, content related sites. This is a great way to not only increase traffic to your site, but to improve your search engine ranking. If you do decide to purchase some advertising, make sure that you choose a site that gets a great deal of traffic, so that you can be certain that your ad will be seen. Google AdWords is a good choice, since they not only will place your ad on the top of related Google searches, but also will place it on other sites related to yours.

Although it may seem like once you master all four of these areas, your website is going to be ranked #1 on Google for every keyword of your choice. While this would be nice, it is just not realistic. After all, this knowledge is available to everyone out there with a website of their own, and each and every one of them are trying to be first on the search engine result pages. The reality of SEO is that it takes a great deal of time to finally get your site ranked highly for popular keywords. Creating quality content, choosing good keywords to rank for, and steady link building for many months are the ways to improve the search engine ranking for your website. If you want to achieve that number one spot someday, you need to be persistent and keep up with all of these tactics. It will take a great deal of effort, but when you are getting thousands of unique hits per day, it will be worth it.  Learn more at http://www.6wseo.com or contact Chad Lieberman directly at 212-600-0775

Chad Lieberman Teaches SEO Tips and Tricks for Newbies

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is one of the most challenging aspects of marketing online for newbies. While it may seem like rocket science at first glance, it's really not that big of a deal - but it does take some careful thought and work. Trust me, if I can understand SEO and implement the tactics, you can too.

Simply put, SEO is how search engines find your website, blog, article, etc. Why does it matter if search engines know what your site is about? Because humans use search engines to search - and you want your website or blog to come up on the first page or two when so that these people who are in need of your product/service find you!  As you continue to learn about search engine optimization, you will find that there are on-site and off-site factors to consider. This section will explain a little about on-page things you can do to help those little search engine robots that crawl your website find you.

First of all, use your key terms and phrases sparingly. These are the words that people are likely to key in when searching for the information/products they are looking for. For example, if your niche is "flat front khaki pants", you want to use that phrase in your content. Some people will say a keyword density of 3% or even 5% is good, but in my opinion that is way too high. With a 400 word page, 3% density would mean you use your keyword phrase about 12 times, which I think is not only too much, but the content would read a little strange to your visitors. Search engines may also see it as keyword spam, and penalize your site by dropping your rankings. I normally stick to about 1% to 1 1/2% keyword density, which means that the keyword would show up 4 to 6 times within 400 words.

Also, when you're dealing with on-page optimization make use of your page title tags and meta descriptions as search engines pay close attention to these, especially the title of the page. Use your keywords in the page title, as close to the front of the title as possible.  Additionally, make sure that any pictures and images you include on your pages have alternate text descriptions, which should also be niche or keyword oriented. The alternate text you choose for images should also let search engines know what your site is about.

Link your pages together using keyword anchor text. If you have 10 or 20 pages on your site, a good internal linking structure is effective for SEO. It's also a good idea to link in your blog posts when you have another post on your blog that is relevant to the current topic you are writing about.  These are just a few tips for on-page SEO. Next time, we'll go in to some of the off-page tactics you can use to help rocket your blog or website to the top. As you can see from what you've learned so far, search engine optimization really isn't that tough - it just sounds intimidating.  Learn more at http://www.6wseo.com or contact Chad Lieberman directly at 212-600-0775

Chad Lieberman Teaches Choosing the Right SEO for Your Small Business Needs

SEO could benefit many businesses that are looking to increase their online presence and drive more targeted traffic to their websites. Unfortunately the SEO industry is not known for its transparency and this can be confusing for businesses that are wondering just what exactly they will be getting in return for their investment.  The SEO industry has also attracted a lot of cowboys who employ "black-hat" techniques that go against the policies of Google and the other search engines. You should make sure that your SEO will be done using ethical "White Hat" techniques.

Businesses that unwittingly employ an SEO that uses these techniques may see short term results until Google discovers the footprints left behind by these techniques, at which point they will see a negative effect on their search engine rankings. The black hat SEO offers quick fixes and is usually long gone by this point!  The term "Black Hat" comes from the old western movies, the bad guys always wore black hats! The good guys wore white hats, you will hear ethical SEO referred to as "White Hat" SEO. Remember the bad guys always got their just deserts!

It is important to know exactly what your SEO will be doing for you and how they will provide you with measurable results. Be wary of any SEO who offers a guaranteed ranking, it is impossible to guarantee a ranking with Google or any other search engine!  Any SEO who can guarantee results without even knowing which keywords you want to target is using this as a marketing ploy, how could they guarantee results if you wanted to compete for keywords like "Apple", "Google" or "Facebook".  Without conducting keyword research it is impossible to tell how likely the success of an SEO campaign will be and how long it is likely to take. SEO is an ongoing process of research, testing and analysis. It takes careful planning to identify the best keywords and to then put a solid strategy in place to rank for those keywords.

SEO takes into account factors that are both on-site and off-site. On-site SEO entails an analysis of your website. It involves looking at many factors including the site structure, use of keywords, the sites content, page loading times and the HTML and CSS that the site is built with. Good on-site SEO benefits the end user and also helps to avoid any technical "Gotchas" that search engines don't like, such as duplicate content.  A good SEO will start by analyzing your site and making recommendations to improve an optimize the site for both users and search engines. Off site SEO involves creating relevant backlinks from other sites to yours.  The search engines count each backlink as a vote for your site. Websites are given an authority score called Page Rank. Each time a site links to you it shares a little bit of its page rank with you, links from high authority sites share more of this page rank than lower authority sites. Incoming links to a site are known as backlinks.

Some links carry no authority at all, many links carries a nofollow attribute that tells the search engines not to count that link as a vote. Webmasters and bloggers might add this attribute themselves if they don't their link to be counted as a vote for the external site or it could be automatically added by the platform they are using to publish their content, this is often the case when a site offers its user to add comments or content and the webmaster has little control over what links get created by the sites contributors.  Links without the nofollow attribute are termed "dofollow" and pass page rank from your page to the linked page. In HTML there is no actual dofollow attribute, dofollow happens by default in the absence of a nofollow attribute. You should never nofollow internal links as this will cause any page rank that would have been passed to that link to just evaporate!

You should ask your SEO how they will create backlinks, a good SEO will try to build a varied backlink portfolio for you. This portfolio should include high value links that are found in bodies of text such as blog posts. These usually carry the most page rank but also require the most work as the SEO will need to build connections with blog owners and often provide the content they.  Any good SEO will look for quality over quantity, anyone promising a high number of links is probably best avoided. The search engines like to see "Natural Links of Love", a few high quality links will go a lot further than many low quality links.  Other linking strategies include using quality business directories or commenting on blogs and forums as well as using social media and social bookmarking sites.  Link exchanges are best avoided as these two way links don't look like natural links. Search engines can see the Internet as a series of connected nodes and easily detect unnatural patterns like this.

Your SEO should talk with you about your business needs and goals and also try to understand as much as they can about your target audience. If they don't do this then they are unlikely to pick keywords that will attract and convert the right audience for you business. They should conduct extensive keyword research and be able to identify the keywords that will bring in more of the right traffic. Traffic is useless if it doesn't convert!

Your SEO should also be able to research your competition and tell you what keywords they are targeting and also how much time it is likely to take to compete for the same keywords. They should also be able to come up with alternative strategies if those keywords are far too competitive for your budget or to bring in traffic while you work towards competing for the main keywords.  SEO takes time, it doesn't happen overnight. Your SEO should be able to provide you with a monthly report that shows how you are progressing through the search engine results for your keywords. They should also be able to run PPC campaigns on your behalf and also create content and copy for your site.  Many SEO's will also be able to promote you via social media and advise you on other Internet marketing techniques such as building mailing lists for email campaigns.

The rate for an SEO varies an awful lot. Some agencies will charge upwards of 1000 a month! A small business should be able to find a decent SEO for around 300 a month, this depends on the level of service required but 300 should buy you a good campaign targeting 5 keywords.  The first month is usually a bit more expensive as this is the month that the on-site SEO takes place as well as the keyword and competitor research.  Some SEO's offer a very cheap service, you get what you pay for and keep in mind that SEO takes a lot of time as it involves a lot of research, analysis and content creation.  If the price seems too good to be true then it probably is! Don't risk falling foul of black hat SEO techniques for a cheap price.  Learn more at http://www.6wseo.com or contact Chad Lieberman directly at 212-600-0775

Chad Lieberman Teaches Some Warnings About Using SEO Tools

Search engine optimization is a highly technical enterprise that requires the use and understanding of data in order to be at its most effective. Without analytical tools, it would be extremely difficult for a search engine optimization professional to gather all the necessary information to plan, execute, and maintain a successful SEO campaign.  Because SEO relies so heavily on the use of tools, there are an enormous number of businesses out there that produce analytical tools for use within the industry. Some of these are indispensable to the modern SEO, while others are less useful, although most have strengths and weaknesses. The problem is that it can be difficult to know which tools are useful in which situations.

Unfortunately, search engine ranking algorithms change all the time. This means that one tool might be extremely effective in March, but almost completely useless by May - unless the tool is constantly being revised and updated along with the methods used by search engines to rank content, it runs the risk of becoming outdated. Search engine optimization is, at best, a mercurial industry.  There is also the problem that certain analytical suites, which contain multiple tools, tend to contain some powerful and effective tools among some less powerful and less effective tools. This means that a strong background knowledge of the suite and its qualities is needed in order to ensure the best possible results.

Another major problem faced by SEO amateurs and professionals when using tools is that of consistency. For most analytical data to be useful, the same tools must be used to measure performance on each occasion it is being measured. In other words, although two tools may claim to measure the same thing, they often use different methods and are subject to discrepancy. For any analytical test to be fair, the same tool must be used to measure performance as was used for benchmarking. This can create serious problems, particularly when the tools involved are subject to continuous revision.  Ultimately, although SEO tools are an invaluable part of the SEO arsenal, they must always be taken with a pinch of salt. Search engine operators invest an enormous amount of resources in preserving their secrets, so any piece of software that claims to unravel one or more of these proprietary methods are making a serious claim. More often than not, although these tools do a good job of approximating certain search engine metrics, their interpretations are flawed. For this reason, search engine optimization tools should be left to those that fully understand their strengths and weaknesses - and preferably those that were involved in building them in the first place.

Many search engine optimization professionals find a company that builds a tool they trust and respect, then stick with that company and tool for a long time, perhaps even the whole of their career. Although competitors may come along offering more powerful tools, the SEO that sticks to his or her guns and refuses to switch operator will reap the rewards of a greater level of consistency.  Learn more at http://www.6wseo.com or contact Chad Lieberman directly at 212-600-0775

So long as you stay the author that writes timeless content material, there will not be any issues. Posting in advance could be a great technique to make use of, and it could relieve your tension by currently covering some thing ahead of time.  Use tags properly. Tags let you categorize your posts into various categories, which can then be searched by readers. Every of one's posts ought to have two or 3 tags. Be sure you use exactly the same words for comparable posts (do not possess a "bikes" and "biking" tag, for instance), and do not give posts as well numerous tags, as this tends to clutter up categories.

Headlines will probably be what your readers are most likely to read initially. They'll act like bait. If your bait is a superb 1, they'll "bite" in to the weblog post as well. Nonetheless, in case your headline is boring, recurring, commonplace, foreseeable, or maybe not stimulating whatsoever, your readers may wish to skip the entire factor.  Whenever you are beginning to weblog, it's essential which you by no means give up. You're not going to obtain a great deal of readers your initial day, as well as your initial week, and that's okay. Just maintain writing what you're passionate about, and also the readers will come to you.

Style your weblog to help keep not just the reader's interest but also additionally your interest. In the event you develop bored with what you're writing about, you will not be most likely to help keep blogging. Even when you do, the high quality of one's writing will suffer. Your readers will probably be in a position to tell that your writing has lost a few of its punch.  Refrain from utilizing weblog styles, which are comparable to MySpace. This indicates utilizing very busy styles which have an excessive amount of content material on your screen, as well numerous animated graphics, and so on. Getting these busy styles tends to make it very tough for the readers to read your weblog. Consequently, they will most likely leave.

Weblog about some thing readers wish to know. Everybody has to complete normal day to day chores like washing dishes and vacuuming. Unless you've a distinctive way of presenting such typical info, your readers truly are not going to care. Choose a subject who you know will interest individuals. Your objective in blogging, following all, would be to draw individuals for your website.  Learn more at http://www.6wseo.com or contact Chad Lieberman directly at 212-600-0775

There is a growing need to resort to a SEO agency, which can handle the search engine optimization needs of a web business. As more companies turn to the Internet for more business opportunities, there is an obvious shortage of SEO expertise in the market. Hence, many enterprising entrepreneurs are setting up their own web ventures as a SEO agency with their knowledge of technology and creative skills.  However, not all will succeed in establishing a SEO agency with a little bit of knowledge and determination. More is required to beat the competition that is growing intense in the market.

With the growing demands of businesses on the Internet, the expectations of a SEO industry increases proportionally. Not all businesses on the Internet are familiar with search engine optimization. There would be different levels of expectations from different businesses that go online.  The right SEO company is necessary to provide the right SEO services and features to the business. Not every SEO can handle all the different types of businesses in the market. Hence, some SEO agencies tend to specialize in certain niche markets to hone their skills and creativity. There may be special requirements from certain niche markets, which only skilled and creative SEO agencies can handle. These may cost a bit more than the other general SEO company service providers. It depends on the SEO industry vision and modus operandi.

Every SEO company will operate differently depending on their modus operandi and business objectives. Although most have similar offerings and services, some may stand out more than others in terms of service standard and creativity.  The SEO company that succeeds in the market must be able to secure the trust and approval of the consumer market; namely, the web business owners. Their service standards and success level in their SEO offerings speak well of them to draw in more businesses. The market approves of these entities with a stronger acknowledgement of their experience, expertise and service in search engine optimization.  Comparisons may be made among SEO agencies to identify the best among the best. Chad Lieberman Teaches Using SEO White Label Partnerships and Programs for Profit and Success

With the tremendous expanse and growth of the Internet, there has been an influx of money making opportunities for individuals and small businesses alike. Something, which has taken hold in recent years, involves providing services to companies that want to enhance their online presence. This is known as search engine optimization; the primary goal of which is to increase a website's standing within major search engines. An SEO White Label program allows affiliates to resell such services and earn a good commission while doing so.

One of the biggest advantages of this type of program is that affiliates are able to brand these services as their own. The client basically belongs to the reseller, although the primary SEO business is performing the necessary functions associated with this type of service. This includes a number of individualized packages dependent upon client needs. Typically, to enhance search engine rankings, a number of important steps are undertaken. For example, optimizing web page content with necessary keywords and embarking upon an effective linking strategy. These are necessary to enhance a website's relevance and importance in natural search results.

Another benefit of this type of plan is that the reseller determines pricing. Basically, they will purchase the services at wholesale pricing from the main provider, and then determine the rates passed along to the end client. This is accomplished without any interference from the business performing the actual search engine optimization. This method is based on many other conventional business structures. Therefore, it enables resellers to act as a distributor of these services under their own brand. This arrangement is beneficial to all parties involved; the reseller is running a business with little investment, the main provider is a receiving client at no cost to them.

As these programs have a lot of advantages, there has been a sharp increase in competition among resellers. Many are entering this field for the first time recently, and to help resellers many providers are finding new ways of educating and assisting their affiliates in attracting new clients and closing more sales. Additionally, most of these programs don't require any additional costs. This is an added benefit as it reduces risks normally incurred with the startup of a new business. The SEO White Label reselling program has been expanding rapidly in recent years, and is expected to continue growing well into the future.  Learn more at http://www.6wseo.com or contact Chad Lieberman directly at 212-600-0775

Chad Lieberman Teaches Google AdWords Keyword Tool to Determine Word Choice in SEO

Choosing your website niche and theme may be easy but choosing the correct keywords to build traffic can be a bit tricky. It seems that there are infinite forms of each term that can lead users to find your website, but the simple truth is that for most niches there are specific terms that can drive traffic.

One great tool for finding highly valuable keywords is free, easy, and produced by one of the largest internet companies in the world, Google. The tool is called Google AdWords Keyword tools. The Google AdWords was originally designed for AdWords customers to find highly trafficked keywords with lower cost per click. Inadvertently this gives us an insight into a few areas for keyword research.

Just like the AdWords customer, searching for highly trafficked keywords, we can utilize this tool to determine which niche keywords have the most traffic. The AdWords tool has a column, which displays the estimated monthly searches for each keyword you enter. One thing you should do when targeting keywords is to change the default setting of "broad search term" to "exact". There are three settings within this tool; broad, phrase, and exact. Broad relates to a term being in any search in any order. Exact displays how many searches for your exact term. Finally, phrase displays information for your terms within other searches. We will use the term "baby seat" for illustration of the three Google AdWords settings.

With a broad setting AdWords says that there are an estimated 201,000 local searches monthly. So this tells us that both baby and "seat" were searched for approximately 201,000 times, but not necessarily in that order. One example of a search that would include "baby seat" in a broad search would be "cheap baby car seat". "Cheap baby car seat" has approximately 2400 monthly searches. As you can see both baby and seat are in the phrase, but they aren't in that order, so your site may not be found for that search or other searches that separate the words car and seat.

A phrase search will have the term in that order, but will have other words around it. In our example of "baby seat" in phrase search, AdWords will returned the searches where "baby seat" was found in that order, but with other terms around it. One phrase that was provided was "bike baby seat" so "baby seat" is in that search, but with bike in front of it, there were 880 searches. If you are targeting "baby seat" it's important to note that your site may show up for "bike baby seat" but if your site isn't about bike baby seats, you may have a higher bounce rate than normal.

The final, and probably the most important setting, is exact. With exact AdWords returns the searches for that exact term, without additional words and in the exact order entered. In our example of "baby seat" AdWords says this term is searched for exactly 1,900 times locally a month. In addition to our entered term, AdWords provides alternative and related terms and gives us the searches for these exact terms as well. With exact turned on, we can find our main keyword and then move on to target additional relevant keywords by the number of searches per month. So if we target the exact terms of "baby seat" and "baby car seats" our site will be relevant to approximately 5400 exact searches per month. This means that the site may also rank to some of the phrase searches as well as.

Another way we can utilize AdWords for keyword research is to search for alternative keywords. Since AdWords provides users alternative or related terms to their original search, we can utilize this to find other words for our website. This has a few uses in search engine optimization, it allows us to find alternative words or phrases to our target keyword, and AdWords also provides us with relevant keywords to utilize on our website. After the first use of finding a highly trafficked keyword, the list of relevant keywords may be even more important. The reason for this is that part of search engine algorithms is to determine what a site is about and the more related and relevant keywords you utilize the better search engines can determine what the site is about.  Google AdWords Keyword Tool is a great, free tool for determining what phrases to target and write about. If you haven't already set up an account, head over to Google and set one up, it's free, painless, and quick.  Learn more at http://www.6wseo.com or contact Chad Lieberman directly at 212-600-0775

Chad Lieberman Teaches How Does Your Business Need The Help of Online Sales Consultants?

Businesses that are new to selling online often encounter sales obstacles. In some cases, these obstacles result from an incorrect approach to online marketing-a problem that a provider of online sales consulting services can help correct. If your business's online sales are falling short of expectations, you might need the assistance of an online sales consultant regarding the following aspects of your online marketing campaign:

The keywords a website contains affect its position in Google search results. They also affect whether the website receives refined web traffic (i.e. web visitors who are interested in what the website offers), or unrefined web traffic that does not contribute significantly to sales.  Keyword research should be performed regularly for two reasons: to account for changes in Google's website indexing criteria, and to ensure a website contains keywords that are used by the target audience. If you use the same keywords for months on end, you may be compromising the Search Engine Results Position (SERP) of your website, or predisposing it to receive unrefined web traffic.

Online marketing begins with a thorough analysis of a business's target audience and competition. Analyzing the target audience focuses on defining its characteristics in terms of age, gender, location, and buying preferences. To deliver unique appeals to the audience, a business must understand the appeals of its competitors, and learn the strengths and weaknesses of what the competition sells.

If your marketing strategy is not based on a firm understanding of the target audience and competition, you may be targeting the wrong audience, or making the wrong appeals to the right audience.

Social media websites are an indispensable resource for reaching potential customers. Because millions of people use Facebook, YouTube, and other social media websites to search for products and services, businesses should use these websites as marketing tools. To ensure they achieve a high SERP in Google and the internal search engines of social media websites, businesses should have their social media pages optimized by a Search Engine Marketing (SEM) firm.

Selling its products or services online can increase the revenue potential of a business significantly, but turning potential into achievement requires the correct online marketing approach.  Online sales consultants help businesses achieve sales goals by implementing the right mix of online marketing strategies, including keyword research, web development, social media optimization, and analysis of the target audience and competition. If your business is having difficulty meeting its online sales goals, a provider of online sales consulting services can analyze its marketing strategies and suggest a solution.  Learn more at http://www.6wseo.com or contact Chad Lieberman directly at 212-600-0775

Chad Lieberman Ask a Marketing Strategist: Four Online Marketing Mistakes to Avoid

As more consumers and businesses use the Internet to buy goods and services, online marketing strategies become increasingly important to businesses that sell online. When they use the right online marketing strategies, businesses tap into a dynamic sales opportunity by reaching millions of potential customers, but when they use the wrong strategies, converting leads into sales can be difficult.  Maximizing online sales requires a proactive approach to Search Engine Marketing (SEM), but it also involves avoiding common online marketing mistakes, such as the four below:

A website must be linked with the right keywords to achieve a high search rank. After performing keyword research, some businesses use the same keywords repeatedly without reassessing the validity of the terms; and some businesses do not perform keyword research in the first place. Instead, they assume the target audience will use certain, obvious keywords.  Because Google continually revises its website indexing criteria, keyword research must be performed on a continuous basis; if it is not, the Search Engine Results Position (SERP) of a website can plummet quickly.

Businesses use various resources to generate online leads, including SEO articles, YouTube videos, and Facebook pages. When the leads generated by these resources are not measured, businesses lack insight into how to reach their target audience. Although using various resources to generate leads is recommended, not all resources are equal. By knowing which resources generate the most leads, a business can invest in resources that work the best.  A marketing strategist from an SEM firm that offers sales consulting services can perform lead measurement.

A call to action should be supported by evidence that compels search users to take action. Simply placing the words "call us today" or a "buy now" button on a website is not compelling, but supporting the call to action with statistics, how-to videos, instructional diagrams, can compel search users to take action. A call to action should be placed, and properly supported, on each landing page of a website.

Meeting online sales goals requires a proactive approach to SEM, but it also involves avoiding the mistakes above. Companies that make these mistakes can still make sales, but their sales can increase when better marketing strategies are implemented. If your company needs help developing an online marketing campaign, consult with a marketing strategist at an SEM firm that offers sales consulting services.  Learn more at http://www.6wseo.com or contact Chad Lieberman directly at 212-600-0775

Chad Lieberman Teaches How to Differentiate Between SEO Companies

When it comes to differentiating between search engine optimization companies, many people succumb to the temptation of labeling companies according to their perceived ethical standpoint. While it is certainly important to bear ethical practice in mind when choosing between SEO companies, there is more to differentiating between companies than the simple white hat or black hat opposition.

Any business decision should be motivated by a desire to make the greatest possible profit while incurring the smallest possible risk. Choosing a search engine optimization company should be no different. One common risk faced by businesses seeking an SEO agency is that some such agencies engage in illegal techniques. In extreme cases, these might involve hacking into authoritative government domains and creating unsanctioned links. Involvement with this type of clandestine activity can land an organization and its associates in severe trouble. Without performing in-depth analysis, there is no easy way to tell for sure whether a particular company breaks the law. There are several indicators, among the most reliable of which is whether a company lists testimonials from recognized brands on its website - this is a good sign that they are trusted by companies with the resources to investigate the matter thoroughly.

One of the best ways to differentiate between search engine optimization companies is by assessing their relative performance. This can be difficult without access to detailed analytics, and even when case studies are provided as evidence of success, these can sometimes be misleading. Client testimonials are one of the strongest ways to differentiate between SEO agencies on the grounds of performance, but it is best to obtain these 'straight from the horse's mouth' wherever possible. Although some companies are too busy to respond to such requests for information, many will make time to promote their trusted partners to other businesses.  Another useful way to differentiate between search engine optimization companies is by searching for competitive terms related to the industry and seeking out their position. Although many SEO campaigns are successful by focusing on less competitive key terms that demonstrate a strong desire to purchase a particular type of product, search engine optimization professionals should have the necessary know-how to get themselves ranked for extremely popular search terms. If a company is relegated to the umpteenth page of search results for the term "search engine optimization company" then that company lacks either in knowledge, business sense or operations capacity.

Personal correspondence can also be a good indicator of whether a particular agency will form a positive working relationship with your business. In some cases, a search engine optimization agency may have all the skills and testimonials in the world, but some strong personalities or methodologies that make them incompatible with your business vision. In these cases, it is always best to go with your gut instinct.  Ultimately, you will have to rely on your business acumen to differentiate between one search engine optimization agency and another, but bearing the above factors in mind can help you to make an informed choice.  Learn more at http://www.6wseo.com or contact Chad Lieberman directly at 212-600-0775

Chad Lieberman Teaches Top Link Building Strategies for Successful Search Engine Optimization

Anybody who is involved in online marketing and search engine optimization (SEO) understands the significance of link building in bringing the website on top and attracting organic traffic to the site. If you are an SEO rookie, understanding the concept of link building and the strategies involved in performing the process successfully is essential.  Natural link building has helped many search engine optimization experts take their client's websites on top of the SERPs, keeping them ahead of their competitors. If you master this skill, you are bound to keep your clients happy and get in more business.  Getting slower links to your website is the key to top site ranking because most search engines, especially Google, give weight age to the quality of links, instead of the quantity. So if you get 20,000 links to your site in the beginning itself, they are definitely not natural. To help newcomers acquire high quality links and build a diverse backlink portfolio for their clients naturally, we present a few link building strategies:

Internal linking- This is the first and the easiest strategy that most search engine optimizers implement in their link building task. It refers to the links within the site itself. This strategy helps in gaining authority on the search engine result page by helping search engine spiders find new content. You save a lot of cost and time by using internal links for strengthening your search engine optimization efforts.  Incorporate a blog within your website- If you setup a blog and post an article frequently, you can get several incoming links. It allows you to grow the size of your website and keep the content fresh and updated. Search engines, like Google, give higher preference to websites that are updated constantly and have something new to offer all the time, and a blog is a great way to offer new information about industry-specific issues.

Online directory submissions- There is numerous online business directories that allow businesses to get listed by submitting their business details. Look for free SEO-free website directories that facilitate one-way link building for your website.  Social bookmarking- Some popular social bookmarking websites such as StumbleUpon, Reddit and Digg are a great source of one-way links if you submit high quality content in the form of blog posts. It is a great way of getting top ranking on Google for short-term as well. Bookmark all the relevant content as well as your website. Chad Lieberman Teaches Using SEO For Internet Marketing

Search engine optimization is a very popular technique used by modern internet marketers to achieve their various marketing goals. SEO is a bit more technical than the traditional methods of marketing but it is fairly easy to implement. While many people are confused as to how exactly to define SEO, I prefer to define it as a set of practices that will make it easier for search engines to evaluate the quality of your website.

Another reason that SEO is so popular is because it well documented and it can easily be outsourced. Articles and various other search engine optimization tasks are some of the most highly outsourced jobs. While it does not take much skill or knowledge to write SEO articles, there are certain instances where it is desirable to make sure that your articles are of a certain quality.  Quality and originality are two things that are fast fading from the world of internet marketing. In an attempt to get the most out of their SEO practices, marketers often engage in unethical practices. When trying to build an online reputation with SEO, we should always try to implement practices that are both favored by search engines and are of some value to your internet users. Especially considering the latest Google Panda Update and how tough online competition really is, using underhanded SEO techniques could very well result in your website being blacklisted by search engines. With that being said, it is pretty much imperative for the success of your SEO campaign to use white hat SEO techniques that will realize your short term goals of increasing your search engine ranking position (SERP) and also ultimately result in more business for your company. Some of the most popular SEO techniques are:

Keyword optimization: Finding the right keyword for your business is the cornerstone of every SEO campaign. Search engines will evaluate the quality of your website by taking your keyword and comparing how competitive your website is considering other sites with the same keyword. This is why it is essential to make your keyword as unique as possible as this automatically narrows your competition. Including your keyword in certain tags of your website also helps search engines understand your content and if they can categorize your site better, they are more likely to send more traffic to your site.

Content: Content can be defined as the audio, video and template of your site and the reason why content is so important is because it lets you achieve a lot of goals. Using content you can inform potential customers about your product or service while at the same time making your website user friendly. Moreover, with the uprising of social media, content literally lets you market your website on auto-pilot. If you can offer something of value to your target customers then chances are that they will share it with their peers.  Search engines always want to provide users with a quality browsing experience and as long as you do that, search engines will hold your site in very high regard. Therefore whenever you come cross a new SEO technique or a new software, you should always ask yourself "Does this improve the quality of my site?" Building organic traffic may take some time but as long as you properly utilize your resources, the results will be apparent soon enough.  Learn more at http://www.6wseo.com or contact Chad Lieberman directly at 212-600-0775

Chad Lieberman Teaches How To Ask an Online Sales Consultant: What Makes a Good Business Website

A business website is the primary point of contact between a business and Internet users. When the website contains the right design and the right content, it can help a business generate significant revenue, but if it lacks these elements, it can become an obstacle to generating revenue. If your business needs a new website, below are tips for creating a business website that is "sales friendly:"

When people surf the web, they expect to find information, or complete a transaction, in a matter of seconds. Consequently, business websites must be designed so that information is easy to attain, and the buying process is easy to understand. If potential customers must click on multiple links to discover information about a product or service, they are likely to abandon the website before they find the information. The same applies to making a purchase.

If potential customers must enter information into multiple fields to make a purchase, the chance that they will complete the purchase diminishes. A common example of requiring too much information can be seen in websites that require customers to enter extensive contact information (phone number, place of business, birthday, etc.) to make a purchase.  If your business needs marketing information for its target audience, request the assistance of a sales consultant that works for a provider of online sales consulting services. Do not attempt to gather extensive information as a part of the sales process.

Statistics show that seventy percent of cell phone users use their phones for everyday tasks such as surfing the Internet. Therefore, your business should make its websites accessible to mobile users. Using a cell phone to navigate a website that is not designed for mobile access is a cumbersome experience, one that seldom leads to an online purchase.

A business website should contain any information that potential customers may wish to know about what is being sold. It should also contain extensive information about the business. Some businesses make the mistake of thinking the benefits of a product or service are self-evident, or that its identity as a business is not important to what it sells.  Although complete information about your business and what it sells will not matter to all customers, it will be important to customers who carefully examine what they buy and who they buy it from.

Taste can be a matter of opinion, but there are certain elements of web design that are in poor taste for business websites. Common examples of design that should not be used for business websites include garish displays of Flash, auto-play music, multiple navigation panes, and clashing colors. Some businesses use these design elements to draw attention to their website, but they usually draw the wrong kind of attention.

Online business success is determined in part by website design. If your business is experiencing difficulty meeting its online sales goals, investing in web development may be the answer. For more information on sales-friendly website design and online marketing strategies, contact a sales consultant that works for a provider of online sales consulting services.  Learn more at http://www.6wseo.com or contact Chad Lieberman directly at 212-600-0775

Chad Lieberman Teaches How To Get To The Top Of The Rankings With These Simple Tips

If you fail to utilize SEO properly, then no one will be able to locate your site. Start implementing the tips you find below and what was lost in the crowd will become found.  Listing with a product feed service can make your business more visible online and bring in new customers. These feeds contain details about the services and products that you offer, like prices and item descriptions. Present these to search engines as well as to websites that list comparison shopping. Feed readers will also allow your customers to subscribe to the feed themselves.  Research keywords before you begin. The keywords should be referenced throughout your website and in the titles of your articles. Researching keywords can help people find you in your specific area. Using these phrases across your site will make your site's rankings skyrocket.

Avoid having pages that are just lists of links. Blend them in with the other content on your page. Pages filled with only links are boring and search engines don't rank them highly. Do not forget to keep the written content in-line together with your textual content so as to bring yahoo and Google much more expert written content.

Using relevant links to trusted reference sites will also improve your search engine ranking. This is a key aspect to successful inking. Search engines place more importance to relevant off-site links than to the internal links that connect pages of your site. To get a greater impact on rank make sure you search for options that allow you to link back to your site.

These descriptions will let your web site show up higher in search ratings. A good meta description is like a call for action, as it convinces people to click your link when they find your site on a search engine results page. If you use a template for your website, you should be able to change the meta description very easily.  It's important to make your domain name memorable and relevant. These are great for your viewers that locate your content through YouTube.  Optimization is merely an additional way of drawing in customers. Some companies do not have a grasp of this.

On your site, use RSS. Regular feeds are considered new content. If you find yourself not able to find a good feed for your very own web page, you could make your very own and add appropriate ideas routinely. Ask your customers to make use of your RSS feed as well.  No one starts a business expecting it to end in dismay. However, success can be achieved with a web-based business more easily because of all the different techniques that exist.  Learn more at http://www.6wseo.com or contact Chad Lieberman directly at 212-600-0775

Chad Lieberman Teaches Basics of on-Page Search Engine Optimization

SEO is much talked about subject on the Internet. Almost anyone willing to start their website or already has uploaded their website knows the importance of SEO. Although there are countless articles, guides and how to do's on this much talked subject, but still I want to share my own views on this topic.

SEO can be broadly classified as on-page and off-page. In this article I will be discussing some of the best on page practices. So here are some of the best practices of on page optimization. You need to research keywords that people may use to find out your website on a search engine. Practice and experience shows that the more generic your keyword is the more it will be difficult to rank for that keyword. For example "cars" is very generic and highly competitive keyword but "best cars in the world" is somewhat less generic and possibly easier to rank.

Content: Once the keyword research is done, next comes the content. Content is indeed the most vital part of any website and after the recent panda update, the importance of good content has grown more. So instead of focusing on building backlinks try to write content which is worth sharing. This way you will surely get natural backlinks over time. Creating content keeping reader in mind does this. Never try to write content solely for search engine (for example stuffing your content with targeted keywords), content should be built around the keywords and not the other way round.

Structure of your website: Your website should offer better user experience. This has become very vital after the panda update. Panda update targeted those website which do not provide good user experience. This point is well explained here (on white board SEO by SEOmoz), please feel free to watch it. Try to increase visitor retention and that can only be done by using integrating simple navigation, cutting down on the loading time, adding quality content etc. Make sure that your website has a uniform structure and it is pleasing to eyes.  Error Free Codes and scripts: Your website's source code should be error free. So I would advice you to check for any errors on your website.

Meta Tag Optimization: Meta tag optimization, was and it is still very important to increase visibility of your website in SERP. Describe your website in one single line in the meta title section and then describe in brief about your website in the meta description and you are done. You need to use your main keyword in the title as well as in the section of your website so that your website attains a level of relevancy in certain keywords. Though Google has reduced the importance of keyword and mentioning them in your body after the panda update, but I will advise you to add only those keywords in this section, which are targeted in the meta content section.

These are some of the tips, which are very common and are the fundamentals of SEO. For more information you can watch the above video, which will further clear your doubts about optimization.  Learn more at http://www.6wseo.com or contact Chad Lieberman directly at 212-600-0775

Chad Lieberman Teaches How Choosing The Optimum Search Engine Keywords For Your Website

Choosing The Optimum Search Engine Keywords For Your Website If you have a website for your business, you will get a bit of traffic from your current customers as they visit for information or answers to questions, but while it is great to provide your current customers with access to your company in this manner, there are much more important ways for you to use your website!  When you understand how to increase your visibility through keywords and search engine optimization, you will be able to bring new users to your website - which will eventually mean new customers for your business!

The greatest way to improve the amount of new people who make their way to your site or blog is to show up in search engine results - and one of the best ways to do this is by adding keywords in the content of your website!  Keywords are the words or combination of words search engines use to determine how relevant your site is when someone searches for something online; if a search engine determines your site is irrelevant, they may bury you back on page 37 of the search, but if they determine your website is relevant to the search, you will show up right there on the first few pages!  Because of this, it is important that you know what the best keywords are for your business, as this will enable you to implement these keywords, show up near the top of searches, and bring new customers your way!

There are three specific steps you should take in order to choose the right keywords for your business.  If you try to do a "general optimization" of your site - simply using general words and phrases that apply to your business - you are unlikely to make much headway in your quest for search engine optimization.  But when you know the specific products and services you want to highlight, you will be able to come up with keywords that pertain directly to these products and services.

There are two ways to go about figuring out what keywords your competitors and contemporaries use. The first way to figure out what keywords your competitors and contemporaries use is by using various search engines to search different words and phrases you think might lead you to their sites. For instance, if you are wanting to figure out what keywords other chimney cleaning companies in Chicago are using, consider searching something such as "Best chimney cleaning in Chicago." You should take note of the keywords your competitors and contemporaries are using, as you can use similar keywords yourself; you should pay attention to the ones they are not using, as you will show up even higher in searches when you use these keywords yourself. The second way to figure out what keywords your competitors and contemporaries are using is by visiting their sites!  Read through their content, and see which words and phrases you notice they are using often, as this will give you an idea of what words and phrases you can start targeting yourself.

Once you have begun to incorporate certain keywords into the content on your website, you will want to keep track of where you are showing up in searches. Try to maximize your success in areas where you are doing well - and when you notice keywords that seem to be unproductive, be willing to adjust your approach and look for something new.  If you always remain flexible in your quest for search engine optimization, you will find that you are always increasing the success of your website.  When considering the best keywords for your business, make sure you give webfire's specific keyword tools a try. This set of tools allows you to search for keywords for buyers, and keywords to compare products.  Learn more at http://www.6wseo.com or contact Chad Lieberman directly at 212-600-0775

Chad Lieberman Teaches How Good Quality Business Branding Can Improve Search Engine Optimization

Good quality business branding can improve search engine optimization more effectively than you could imagine. Why is this? As you probably know there are two main components to search engine optimization from a general aspect. On page optimization is the first component and involves choosing the right keyword densities, word combinations, titles and such. Off page optimization is the second component and refers to link building which is a off page behavior.  If you have ever had any success in SEO you will know that off page optimization is the most important and makes up roughly 90% of what major search engines like Google, Yahoo, and Bing use to rank the pages in their search results. This is where business branding can significantly improve your search rankings.  When you effectively brand your business you create a "word of mouth" business that sticks in the minds of your customers. When your customers remember your business they are more likely to talk about it.

What happens when they talk about your business on the internet? They link to it and build up your search engine rankings themselves without you ever having to lift a finger. This improves the most vital component of SEO, which is off-page optimization and effectively sets your SEO on autopilot. This method of good business branding is what has led to the emergence of some of the largest online businesses in the world. After all, there is no way that any one site owner has the time and resources to build over a million links to their website. One person/company cannot do this alone. The only way this happens is by marketing your business in the right way and get people talking about it.

The true power of this can be seen in the amazing growth of websites like Facebook, Yahoo, and AOL. These websites have a great search engine optimization rank for literally every keyword they publish a page on. Their search rankings are off the charts and it is completely due to their style of branding. Their style of branding has resulted in their users talking about their site. As I already mentioned, when your users are talking/communicating about your business on the internet they are building links to your business website. When users build links to your business website they are boosting your site to the top of the search engine results. Once this starts happening it will create a snowball effect. It will continue to build up steam for a bright business future. This is the real power of good business branding for search engine optimization.  Learn more at http://www.6wseo.com or contact Chad Lieberman directly at 212-600-0775

Chad Lieberman Teaches It is Important to Hire an SEO Company?

Any business seeking to reach millions of users online may think of hiring a SEO Company. In the current era of web marketing, search engine optimization is very important. With so many websites on the internet, how can you ensure that you website will be visible? There is no better way to give your website high rankings in the search engines than through search engine optimization. If you do not possess SEO techniques, it is imperative to hire SEO expert to perform the task for you.

When shopping online, most customers type some keywords in the search engines. For example, if a customer is interested in buying pearl pendants, he/she may just type 'pearl pendants'. Several results then pop up in the search engine. Most customers only consider the results displayed in the first page of the search engine. As a business owner, you should aim for high rankings in the search engine to ensure that your website gets to be displayed among the top in the search engine. Hiring a good SEO expert may help you attain such goals.

On hiring your preferred SEO company, a customized SEO program that suits the nature of your business is designed. Each business is unique in its own matter and has different target market. While optimizing a website, the SEO expert has to consider all the aspects relating to the business. Many business owners may lack knowledge about the necessary SEO strategies. This is the reason why it is advisable to seek SEO services from qualified SEO professionals. A competent SEO service provider may understand the rules of the game better.

Many people may be stranded on how to go about hiring a good SEO company. Well, you may begin by searching through the internet. You can access numerous SEO companies by simply browsing through the internet. Do not just settle for the first SEO company that you come across. Consider several websites and choose the very best. It is imperative to be careful while evaluating various SEO experts. Remember that the success of your SEO project will depend on the reliability of your SEO expert.  You may also identify the right SEO company by consulting from other clients and business owners. Consult other clients who may have outsourced SEO services before. Such people are better placed to direct you to the right SEO expert. They can give you first hand information on what to expect from SEO professionals. Recommendations from other clients are reliable since often, clients will rarely give you wrong information.

One the search engine optimization techniques are implemented, it may take some time before the results are observed. Avoid going to an SEO company that promises you overnight results. If you an SEO expert promises to attain high rankings for your website within no time, you need to be very careful. SEO experts who promise unrealistic results to their customers may be just mere conmen. To avoid falling in the hands of fraudulent SEO experts, ensure that you gather enough information about an SEO expert before hiring him/her.  Learn more at http://www.6wseo.com or contact Chad Lieberman directly at 212-600-0775

Chad Lieberman Teaches Quick Guide to SEOing Your Site

Come up with an excellent idea for a website. It should be memorable and reflect the opinions of the targeted audience of your website. Amazon.com, is an example of a very successful website, because they cornered the niche of selling books online before anyone else could. Is there some niche that you could imagine yourself specializing in? Before you invest too much of your own time and money?  Imagine the people who are going to frequent your site, your website fans. Give them the details they will be searching for. Make a list of the terms they're likely to use when looking for you and be sure that those keywords and key phrases are included. Once you have those words and phrases, you need to spend time getting those important key terms into your website.

Use key terms in all the usual places: headings (H tags are good for these), navigation bars, tabs, headers, footers and in the main body of text. Don't try attempt to put them in using dubious methods such as camouflaging the posting of key terms on a web page in the same color as the website background so they are unseen by the naked eye. Google and the other major search engines will penalize you for this.  Ensure your new site is easy to find. Google and the others are commonly known as your most essential users because all they read and index the textual articles. If your website can not be used by someone who reads only on the text, relying on it to provide them the vital information, then it won't be providing good signals to Google. Imagine your website without the pictures, JavaScript, Flash or any other multimedia. If you can get the bare essentials of text right, you're on your way to search engine success.

Use significant terms/phrases/words as anchor text. Refrain from the standard "click here." Come up with some significant terms for both the user and the search engine results pages they will be viewing. Quality hyperlinks are hard to obtain, you must use them wisely. If you're trying to sell smartphones, try to use a range of terms directly related to your original term, such as: Iphone, Blackberry, Android, Galaxy, etc.  Allocate a unique headline to each web page within your site. You're allowed to have your website name in the heading, but you should also be pushing to include basic key terms about what the particular page of the website is about. A website about skateboards, belonging to a website about extreme sports could have a headline something along the lines of "Extreme Sports Gear: Skateboards".

Pepper the keywords throughout the main body of text on each page of the website. Whenever you're adding a new article to your website, double check to make sure it has the right amount of keywords. About 3 mentions of each keywords should be enough, not too many and not too little. Go overboard and the search engines will penalize you, don't include enough and they won't index you to begin with.  Once your content is solid, you should obtain some back links. There is numerous method for collecting back links and some research will expose you to them. To begin with, just make sure your content is correct, and then get to work on your back links.  Learn more at http://www.6wseo.com or contact Chad Lieberman directly at 212-600-0775

Chad Lieberman Teaches Keeping Your Business And Facebook Account Secure

With all the information that is available online, many will try to take advantage of it. Malware, spam, and hacking take place on a daily basis, with victims as countless as the stars. But not all threats are directly destructive. Often, many do nothing more than appropriate and redistribute your personal information in contact lists that others will use for whatever purpose, be it harmless or harmful. Regardless, you don't want to take that chance. When you're in the online world, you have to take precautions, be safe, and protect yourself and your sites from unwanted eyes.

The Facebook page is possibly one of the biggest targets for information seekers. Because of its very personal, but very public platform, Facebook is going to be one of your biggest sites you need to take precautions in securing.

The first step is to limit those who have access as administers to your Facebook page. You don't want everyone having control of your account, so designate a select few to handle maintaining your page. It's easier to keep control of your page in a smaller circle where you can easily keep track of and retrace what takes place.  One of the primary problems you need to be aware of is who has access to your information. The biggest third-party users of your information are the apps that Facebook links with. Whenever you click on an app available to Facebook or other social media, you instantly get a "contract" that pops up for you to agree to. Each app on your page targets certain information, all of which is usually your personal information that would normally be for friend’s only viewing. Something you might not always look for is what they use that information for. Be aware of what you're agreeing to, or your information might end up in the wrong hands.  Change your passwords frequently. Though this seems like common sense with hacking a frequent issue these days, it is something that we can't forget to do regularly. If you're having trouble juggling your multiple accounts and passwords for you and your team members, there are programs that offer password management services for companies to keep your sites protected without slowing you down each time passwords change.

As an extra precaution, using the "https" on your Facebook link will help keep you secure while you're on their site. Rather than rely on regular security that would let you wander onto pages, links, or sites with potential threats, the "s" helps keep you on safe sites wherever you browse and will alert you if you're leaving a safe location. If a website allows you to link this way, do it. Many large websites will provide a secure search option as long as you add the "s."  It is important for an administrator to constantly keep an eye on what goes on with their Facebook page. Scams through postings are easily done, along with potentially harmful or spiteful posts designed to hurt your image. You and your team will need to constantly monitor what your users are doing on your wall. You don't want anyone visiting your site only to find that their account was hacked when they clicked on a link on your wall.

Something extra that Facebook offers is their block list option in your edit profile section. It's easily done, and can prevent any unsavory words from being spoken on your page. You don't want to deter anyone from visiting your site with anyone's poor use of language. Another benefit to the block list is that it lets you block "spam" type words. If someone tries to post something completely off your page's subject matter, such as an offer for a condo in Hawaii on your page designed to discuss proper business etiquette, they won't even be able to post it. Of course, this takes some investigative thought, and possibly a little research and up-to-date news on malware and spam related topics. But, if you keep up with your custom block list, you can prevent any problems before they have a chance to start.  Learn more at http://www.6wseo.com or contact Chad Lieberman directly at 212-600-0775

Chad Lieberman Teaches Platinum Tips For Getting Your Brand Noticed By Utilization Of Search Engine Optimization

Search engine optimization, or SEO, is an effective method in boosting your website above your competitors. Doing so means knowing the techniques to bring up your rank. Read this article to get the best results from your efforts.  If you use the plural form or longer form of keywords, you will get more listings in the search results. Keyword stemming is a strategy that some search engines use. For instance, choosing "accountant" as one of your keywords means that people who type in "accountants" or "accounting" may not be directed to your website. If you are using a search engine that uses keyword stemming, use the longest form of the word possible.

If you don't know how to optimize your website content, then work with a company who specializes in SEO services. SEO refers to marketing your website in such a way that it receives a higher ranking in search engine results. There are a number of companies that offer this service at a reasonable price.  Try boosting your online presence using the free local listings through Yahoo! or Google. Services such as these will provide free publicity, which in turn will bring you more website visitors and exposure. Don't turn away free publicity.

By placing the right keywords into the content on your blog or website, you can increase the traffic that your site gets from internet search engines. Beginning parts of text should contain your keywords, but don't allow overkill to occur. A good strategy is placing your keyword at least twice in the first paragraph. Then, get your keyword into the following 200 words as much as you reasonably can, without being too obvious.  When selecting your keywords it is important not to think like an insider. Instead imagine that you are a customer. Determine the relevant terms visitors are using when they use search engines.  SEO is a type of marketing that can boost your business to the next level. The heart of the process is making use of keywords on your website in specific ways to improve the ranking that search engines assign to your site. This helps to connect search engine users with the content on your website.

When working with meta tags, keep in mind that you need to tailor each page's meta tags to its individual content. Don't make the mistake of repeating your META tags across multiple pages, or your search engine rankings will suffer.  You should have software ready to analyze your site metrics before you start any SEO work. You will need to invest in the analytics software and have them in place so you will be able to track what tactics are working and which ones are not. This way, you can make changes as needed.  Learn more at http://www.6wseo.com or contact Chad Lieberman directly at 212-600-0775

Chad Lieberman Teaches Platinum Tips For Search Engine Optimization Prowess

A good business website always incorporates SEO techniques into their marketing mix. Search engine optimization is a way to let Google know that your site is about a certain niche. When people search for keywords related to that niche, your site will appear closer to the top of the search listings if you use SEO. Continue reading to find out how to increase your SEO.

This will greatly increase ratings for your website. These meta-tags appear underneath your website on search engine rankings, so make them something convincing for customers who aren't sure whether to click on your site. Try to use a content manager that allows you to adjust meta descriptions via the editing space for the page in question.  Request that a non-profit organization or an educational website link to the content on your site. Any reputable site that links to your website will help you greatly when it comes to ranking with search engines. Use quality content to encourage these reliable, reputable sources to want to feature a link to your site on their own. You must create unique content that is useful for these sites.

If your website is for a business, include the owner or CEO in contributing content. This is your voice of your company, and your readers want to hear that.  Engaging meta description tags for each page on a website can be very useful when obtaining search engine optimization goals. These tags are worth the time it takes, because they will offer a little summary of what the page entails, either on your site or in the search engine results. The meta tag should be brief and relevant. This will help in getting visitors to your site, even over sites that might rank higher than you in the search engine results.

You should focus your title on a keyword so it is optimized for SEO. Make sure this title tag is on every page of your site in order to link them together. Put your company name at the end in the title link so that everything is all connected. If you have a name that is recognizable they will search for it.  Google has the power to penalize your site for creating redundant content. Bring a new audience to your page by writing creative and original web content.  Blogging about your website, business, or personal life can really boost your search engine rankings. Blogs are a good way to get a higher ranking. Search engine robots love blogs because they are constantly updated with new content. Back links are vital in receiving a high rank in search engines.

There's a lot to search engine optimization, but as was stated earlier in the article, it's absolutely essential to make sure your website gets the business it deserves. Make sure to apply these techniques to your website, as soon as possible, so that you can start getting more customers and more profits.  Learn more at http://www.6wseo.com or contact Chad Lieberman directly at 212-600-0775

Chad Lieberman Teaches Learning From The Big Brands Pinterest

Social media is perhaps one of the most ideal channels for business communications. We can explain, show, and discuss our products and services with our audience quickly and easily. But, there is a right way and a wrong way to go about this. Pinterest is one of the newest additions to the social media world, and it provides a visually oriented look for our companies. The problem here is that some companies, even the larger ones, have misused this awesome outlet of information.

Pinterest is a world of color and illustration, focusing on the visual appearance to tell a story. Here, a business can showcase their products, tell a history, and even inspire their audience to follow them and interact with them. All three of these topics should be the focus of your Pinterest account, and here is where even the big dogs in the industry have fallen short.

Many large companies, and even the small ones, have turned Pinterest into a shopping catalog. Here's the problem with that- you lose the other two thirds of the interest that Pinterest has to offer. Shopping isn't really the focus of Pinterest. People want to see, explore, and imagine they doing things. Pinterest uses visuals to inspire people more than anything else. And the bottom line is that if you inspire someone to buy a product, you're more likely to sell than if you just show it to him or her.

Here's where the interest develops. Rather than simply showcase your products across the board, develop several boards. You can still promote products, but your focus should be to influence your audience to become interested in what you're selling.

Start by telling your business' story. People like knowing whom they are dealing with, and it adds color and depth to your boards. Use pictures from your history, and even current projects (perhaps renovations and development) or even things that you plan for the future. Create a board where you explain where you come from and where you're going so that others will see that you too are inspired to interact with them.

Now comes the importance of the influential boards. Here's where you have to be innovative and creative. Showing your products isn't enough. You need to make people have the desire to do business with you. Utilize videos, pictures, and even comments to stimulate interest. For instance: you are a caterer who provides food preparation services. Marketing food products is old news, and people don't always want to see what they can look up on your website. Here on Pinterest, you have to create interest in your services. Perhaps you can provide tasty recipes for the upcoming holidays, or particular foods that go good with the season. On top of that, utilize videos in which you show your audience how to make some of your delicious recipes. This creates interest in your product, and that is what sells your business.

When you develop these interesting pins, you create the desire to re-pin, which is exactly what you want. Not many people focus on repining products, but what they do re-pin are items that stimulate interest and entertainment. This is perhaps the key to this social media site-entertainment. The visual appeal is most of the influence, but through entertaining videos and factoids, you create something that others want to share with those around them. When creating a network of followers via social media, this is perhaps the most powerful tool. Give people a reason to follow you.

Of course, this goes both ways. Larger companies that disregard the importance of following their followers often overlook following. This two-way street isn't just about you- it's about you and your audience. By following your customer, you can see and share their experience on Pinterest far more effectively than simply waiting for them to interact or repost some of your content. Although this is not a socially designed network (like Facebook), you can still start the development of good relationships with those that are interested in you.

Overall, Pinterest is the ideal source for business applications. A social media site formatted on the visual and entertaining appeal, this network provides any business with an ideal outlet to communicate with their audience. Although some companies have fallen short of Pinterest's opportunities, by creating boards that generate interest, influence, and entertainment rather than merely a showcase catalog, you can provide the perfect experience for your audience to start a good business relationship.  Learn more at http://www.6wseo.com or contact Chad Lieberman directly at 212-600-0775

Chad Lieberman Teaches Significance of Backlinks in Search Engine Optimization Process

In the world of a million websites serving the same industry, it is important to gain an edge so that you get the opportunity to feature within the top 5 positions on SERPs. Back linking helps in gaining that extra advantage in SEO. If you are a business owner, it is important to understand the significance of back linking in improving the visibility of your website in the online world. You must assign a team of search engine optimization experts who have experience in back linking. While the number of inbound links is important in determining the success of your search engine optimization efforts, one need not flood the Internet with your site's backlinks.

The best way to make the most of your website on the search engines is to master the different strategies of inbound links. In back linking, one must ensure that, when exchanging the backlinks, the website on which your link would be posted is a reliable and quality website. The SEO expert can build backlinks through social bookmarking websites, guest writing and several other ways. While there are several social bookmarking websites such as Diigo, Delicious and Mister Wong, one can also connect with Twitter, Facebook and StumbleUpon to share their links.  Discussed below are some of the tips on how to have effective backlinks and strengthen your SEO process:

Include keywords in the backlinks- Keywords in the backlinks are more likely to be clicked by the users that the URLs. It is important to have a concise link text that focuses on one keyword.

Position of the backlink- In order to convince your visitors, you must position the most significant link on top of the page. The location of the backlink determines its preference by Google or any other search engine. If it is higher up on the HTML, search engines are more likely to give more value to your link.

Links from reliable sites- Your website benefits most when the site on which you have shared your link is trustworthy and has a good reputation. An SEO expert would know the results that the backlinks on a web page of a reliable site would bring. It is not necessary to share the link on an important web page of a less reliable site. Rather, you should share the link on a page that is less important but has higher page rank.

Quality matters most- Quantity of backlinks isn't significant, rather the quantity of quality backlinks matters the most. Your focus should be on working smartly with your back linking strategy.

Thus, no search engine optimization effort is complete without the process of back linking. In order to get higher return on your website investment and to reach out to a large number of target customers, you must ensure that the SEO team you appoint for your website has ample experience in using different strategies of back linking.  Learn more at http://www.6wseo.com or contact Chad Lieberman directly at 212-600-0775

Chad Lieberman Teaches Full Service SEO

It seems the world has finally recognized search engine optimization as one of the leading forms of online marketing and advertising. Now that companies are beginning to understand how important SEO is for their website and the success of their business, it seems that a new SEO company pops up each day. A very important question becomes 'When searching for an SEO company, what should you be looking for?" And what, exactly, is a "full service" company?"

SEO - Search Engine Optimization is one of the most important keys to getting your website noticed and being competitive on the search engines. Engaging in an effective SEO strategy can get your site placed near the top or at the top of a major search engine's results, which can result in hundreds or even thousands of visitors to your site each day. To optimize your site, an SEO firm must first do a careful analysis of your current ranking, the strategies used recently, the content of your site, and review code for any crawl errors. Next, your SEO firm should be researching the most beneficial keywords for your company, and which words will get your site ranked the highest with high search volume and quality traffic.

SEM - Search engine marketing increases your web site's traffic and visibility in search engine results pages through a mix of contextual advertising, paid placements and paid inclusion. SEM can be used as an umbrella term, and while it could technically fall under the category of SEO, it's important not to confuse the two, as SEO should focus on a you’re organic ranking whether for a local or national listing. Search engine marketing can include but not be limited to social media marketing with Twitter, Facebook, and/or Pinterest, widgets/buttons, online contests, guest blogging, PPC and the like.

PPC Management - A successfully managed pay per click campaign can be expensive, but an unmanaged campaign can be a downright waste of money. Many people are willing to spend money on pay per click advertising, thinking it's the most "hands off" form of online advertising. Unfortunately, this isn't true, and when it comes to thousands of dollars of marketing money, it's always best to analyze where your money is being spent and if it's being used as effectively as possible. While SEO has a longer lasting effect from its efforts, PPC allows you to "rent" an online space for a desired search term. If you do not monitor your ROI from a PPC campaign, we suggest that you focus your efforts on a search engine optimization campaign.

Website Promotion - Website promotion is very important. Climbing the search engine rankings is nearly impossible without a bit of website promotion. Your full-service SEO company should consider your competition, the keywords and key phrases used by your target audience, as well as the various search engines' interpretation of your site to really promote your site effectively. While you are not currently ranking at the top of a search engine, promoting your website can help with increased traffic and visibility. This will also help in reputation management as you control what content is created in regards to your website or business name.  Learn more at http://www.6wseo.com or contact Chad Lieberman directly at 212-600-0775

Chad Lieberman Teaches Common SEO Mistakes That People Make

Your website is built, but, that's not the end of the story. A lot of work still has to be done, for example, you still have to drive traffic to your site. It's not enough to just put a website on the internet and leave it to attract visitors. It cannot do that on its own. One of the ways to make your webpage popular on the internet is through SEO or search engine optimization. But, many website owners think they already know what they are doing when it comes to search engine optimization. Sometimes, even seasoned experts can commit mistakes. Here are some of these mistakes.

High keyword density - Keywords are very useful, but they have to be used properly. The first thing to remember is not to place too many keywords in the content, because then, search engines may think that your site is just full of spam. At the same time, your content will look ridiculous with too many keywords. You must also keep in mind that your real audience is the people-not the search engines. Too many keywords will make your content unnatural. Visitors will immediately click exit at the sight of too many keywords.

Bad or no internal linking - Internal links make it easy for your visitors to navigate your site. They should allow a visitor to go from one page to another in a systematic way, such that they are led from the homepage to specific parts of your site and back. Proper internal linking is good for both the visitors and the search engines.

Too many technical words - Just because you think you are an expert in your field does not mean you have to flaunt all the jargon that only you and professionals in your field can understand. If you generate informative content, use words that the general public can comprehend. Many of the potential customers visiting your webpage do not the have special knowledge you possess, so, chances are they will not understand the same things as you. The content should inform your customers in a way that they will immediately understand everything you are telling them. Do not include difficult words without explaining them.

Not enough link building efforts - Link building is a regular task just like content generation. Even if your website has gone to the first page of Google SERPs, you still have to continue your link building efforts. The goal is to generate as many backlinks as you can. There are many ways for you to create these links. You can put them in blog posts, press releases, articles and forum comments. Link building should not only be about generating as many links as you can. This is not a contest of going for a million backlinks. This is mostly about relevant links. Quality is more important than quantity. Take advantage of sites that are related to yours when generating backlinks.

Not updating your website - You cannot be too preoccupied with link building and article submissions that you forget to update your own page. If your webpage is already three years old and nothing new takes place, your customers will be left wondering if it is still active. Fill your site with fresh content. Update your visitors on new information, upcoming events, promos or new products.  Learn more at http://www.6wseo.com or contact Chad Lieberman directly at 212-600-0775

Chad Lieberman Teaches Most Important Thing For Driving Traffic, SEO!

If you are wondering "How Do I Get More Traffic To My Website?" SEO is probably what you are missing.  SEO did properly will get you the top spot on search engines. Do realize that 85% of search engine users do not look past the first 40 results. What does this mean to you? This means, if you aren't on the first page you might as save your time doing all that work to get noticed. In order for your articles, blogs, and website to get noticed, make sure your SEO is set up properly.  Search optimization is all about understanding how search engines work and altering your website accordingly.

One of the most important things to consider, is the number of incoming links to your site. Google looks at how many other websites have linked to yours and uses this to determine how popular your website is. A large number of incoming links from popular websites will do wonders for your Google rank. You can create more links yourself by creating campaigns through websites such as 7search. Here you will be able to set up targeted keywords with ads that you place, which will link directly to your website.  Another important aspect of search engine optimization is the use of keywords. Keywords are words and phrases that you would create that have direct compatibility to a searcher that are looking for your product.

For example, if you were to use the phrase "Wedding Planner" many times on your site, you would find yourself moving up Google's list of results for the search term "Wedding Planner". Of course, the keywords you choose to target should be relevant to your website and to the visitors you hope to attract. This just means you don't want to target a keyword such as "Wedding Planner" with a site that doesn't match wedding planner information. It doesn't do anybody any good to get traffic to their site, if the traffic isn't interested in what you have to offer. The idea is to get consumers to your website that are targeted and looking for your product. Use relative keywords!  Other search engine optimization techniques include making sure your website is professional and informative. Do understand search engines do not want to suggest websites that do not provide the solution to you problem. They want you to get the results you are looking for, so make sure to be the website that offers the best result. If you still haven't reached that work from home success, you might want to check out SEO, or make sure your SEO is being done properly.  Learn more at http://www.6wseo.com or contact Chad Lieberman directly at 212-600-0775

Chad Lieberman Teaches Leveraging Connections To Enhance Web Marketing

It's no secret that people and social interaction are taking center stage when it comes to branding and sales on the internet. Organic SEO, pay per click, and other marketing functions remain invaluable, but there's nothing quite like a direct recommendation from an individual to another individual. When you get referral business, you are maximizing the quality and qualification of your leads, allowing all of the other elements you've established (top search engine ranking, good content, etc) to do their job. But how do you reach those individuals? How do you get people talking? It isn't exactly easy.

There are generally two types of connections that you have. The first group is people that you know personally, presently. They're friends and family that you have long known offline, but they may also be people within the web community that you have become friendly with either in a personal or professional context. The other type is essentially potential connections, new people that you might be able to reach in the future, but with whom you currently have no contact. Leveraging either one of these to help promote products is a very tricky business.

New and old connections should be approached very differently, but there is one constant between them: you should never approach someone to ask about promotion unless you believe they would be interested in it. You should determine that by researching what they've published. Look at Facebook, Twitter, Google+, blogs, or anything else where they've been active. What do they talk about? What are their interests? If your product doesn't line up perfectly, don't waste the time or the relationship pitching them.

In the grand scheme of things, it doesn't matter whether your plan mostly involves people you already know or connections that you still have to make. The main factor that causes these people to talk about your product should not be their connection with you; rather, your connection should be a vehicle which allows you to communicate about your product, which is something that they are inherently interested in and thus inclined to share.

It is unwise to simply pitch anyone without first taking the time to build a bit of a relationship. For that reason, planning this kind of campaign can take time. Much as people may decide to talk about your product even if you have a relatively short relationship or even no acquaintance at all, the stronger your bond is, the more likely it is that they'll provide coverage. Don't lead off with a pitch. Build a relationship first, and that pitch will be all the stronger when you finally make it.  Learn more at http://www.6wseo.com or contact Chad Lieberman directly at 212-600-0775

Chad Lieberman Teaches The Advantages of Choosing an SEO Company That Has SEO Certification

The services of an SEO company have quickly become the hottest new tool on the belt of marketing and advertising companies. SEO services and SEO marketing companies are popping up left and right, and many are charging astronomical rates for their services. In spite of high costs, many companies see it as a worthwhile investment in their business as more and more people turn to the internet for locating services and products.  In such a new industry, consumers can be easily coerced into paying high fees while never seeing noticeable results. Many SEO companies will make big claims and grandiose promises, yet fail to follow through. So how can a consumer be sure they're getting what they pay for?

As in many fields of expertise, certification is proof that someone has received training and is qualified to provide a service. It provides a degree of confidence that the company you hire will be able to solve problems and provide solutions and competent service to those who are paying for it.  Of course, greater skill often comes with a higher price tag. At this point you may be wondering if it's really worth your while (and money) to choose an SEO certified company. After all, what's the big difference?

It shows continuing growth Search engine algorithms change on a regular basis, so SEO marketing professionals need to grow with the internet in order to show continued results. Up-to-date certification proves that a company is growing to meet the immediate need and current trends.

It indicates skill level SEO certification separates the trained professional from your average Joe with a laptop and a sales pitch. It indicates the skill level of the company in question and immediately shows whether a company has the potential to live up to its claims.

While certification isn't everything in this business, it does guarantee a certain degree of competency in the field. It shows that the company you are paying is capable of getting the job done. Just as you wouldn't hire just anyone to fill your cavities or remove your appendix, neither can you expect just anyone to have the skill necessary for SEO services. While SEO marketing is hardly brain surgery, it is a science and requires a certain set of skills that must be learned if you hope to see lasting results.

While certification is definitely a good indication of a company's skill level, the true proof will be in a company's results. Certification is a good start, but true skill comes with experience and continued growth as times change and new trends in internet marketing arise.  A solid SEO marketing company should have the results to show for their work, and they should be ready to provide solid references for past and ongoing successes. They should be able to point to satisfied customers and provide case histories to show the effectiveness of their process.  Once you find a company that seems to have potential, ask to see their portfolio. Talk to them about other past or ongoing projects, as well as who else they're working for. In particular, discuss past work in your particular industry.  Learn more at http://www.6wseo.com or contact Chad Lieberman directly at 212-600-0775

If they want to direct heavy traffic on their business websites, they must invest their money, time, and efforts on search engine marketing.  If you use SEO techniques to optimize your drop shipping website and it becomes the top result of the search engines - congratulations, you are the winner. What comes with the top position is a lot of recognition, which would also boost the conversion rate for your drops hipping business.

Whether to keep the SEO in-house or outsource it to any specialist SEO firm has always been a dilemma for drop shippers. Though some people say it depends on the scale of the business but I have a different opinion. It has nothing to do with the scale of the business, but yes, the cost of specialized SEO services can be the deciding factor for it.

There are many reasons why some drop shippers prefer to keep their SEO in-house, while others do not. But why I prefer in-house SEO for drop shippers is because of the following reasons.  Secrecy is important in drop shipping - Many times drop shippers do not want to disclose to their customers that they are drop shippers and are getting products delivered to them through their wholesale suppliers. When they outsource their SEO to third parties, they have to share all such confidential information like the nature of the business, reports, passwords, targeted keywords, files, and many other sensitive data of the business to them. If the SEO expert also provides services to their competitors, there is a risk that they would leak this data to them.

No threat to business independence- Drop shipping business is already dependent on the business of its suppliers for the on time delivery of right products. Therefore, they should never depend on some other business, since the higher the dependency on others businesses, the greater is the threat to their own survival. If the SEO Company closes down suddenly, it would be hectic and time consuming for drop shippers to hire another firm and make them understand about the operations of their business in less time.

Cost effectiveness in the long term - Setting up an in-house SEO department is though expensive in the short term but it is always cost effective in the long run. Do not go on the high costs of hiring new employees, setting up an office, and training the employees before you reap the advantages of SEO, since this cost is paid once only. Consider the commission of the SEO expert and compare it with the one time cost of setting up an in-house SEO department. You would find that in-house department is cost effective in the long run.

No risk of being tricked - Internet also gives room to people who practically have no skills but still offer their 'services' and claim that they can bring your site at the top of Google results in a day, and that they would submit your site to many other search engines and we have an inside contacts with Google. These scammers never fulfill their promises, since it is wastage of money. However, real SEO companies are also available online but finding them is quite time consuming.  Learn more at http://www.6wseo.com or contact Chad Lieberman directly at 212-600-0775

Chad Lieberman Teaches Creating More Pages to Improve Your Search Results

When you visit most websites, what do you see? The first thing you usually notice is the header area. This is the top of the page, where the website name and logo appear. Below that is the menu, and below that is where the content begins, usually on the Home Page. Let's take a look at the menu area, because this will tell us how many pages the website has. Optimizing these pages is the simplest, most effective means of improving your website SEO.

First of course, there will be nearly always be the aforementioned "Home Page." After that, you will usually see pages titled "About Us," "Services," "Testimonials," and "Contact Us." Now and then, you may also see something along the lines of "Portfolio," "Resources," "Certifications," and "Blog," if the site is a combination of website and blog which, for content SEO purposes, it should be.

How many of these pages actually create content for the search engines to crawl? Usually there will be four, the Home Page, the About Page, the Services Page, and possibly the Testimonials Page. That's it, just four pages of optimized content, content that is "crawlable" by the search engines. These pages are "Evergreen Content," they are always there, and they are incredibly valuable as website SEO tools.  Your Home Page is, by far, the most important page on your website. Why? Because, on average, this will be where 60% of the visitors to your site will land when they first visit your site. That's a big number, 60%, and you must maximize your SEO efforts here to make sure the content has value, for the search engines and for the reader.

A properly constructed Home Page will contain more than one or two of your targeted keywords, that is, the keywords you have chosen to help the search engines find you. In fact, a well constructed Home Page may contain as many as a dozen targeted keywords. It will also contain links to your other pages, again to help the search engines find your most important content.

In essence, when your Home Page is properly constructed, it will lead the search engines right through your website to the content you want them to find.  Beyond your Home Page, each page on your Menu should also be fully optimized. You should choose targeted keywords for each page, including your About Us, Services, and Testimonials Pages. Each of these pages should contain 1-3 of your most effective keywords. Plus, your Services Page should contain at least one targeted keyword for each of the services you offer.  The most effective strategy for improving your search results is to fully optimize each of your pages using your targeted keywords. Only when you do this will your efforts at SEO prove worthwhile.

The single most effective place to increase the number of your crawlable pages is in the Services area. After making sure that your Main Service Page is fully optimized, and that it offers a brief but comprehensive description of each service, you should create a new, fully optimized page for each service you offer. By doing this, you increase the number of optimized, evergreen pages dramatically.  Let's suppose for a moment that you offer ten services at your site. Right now, you have four optimized pages to attract the search engines. If you simply add a page for each of the services you offer, your site will suddenly have 14 Optimized Pages for the search engines to crawl. That is an increase of 250%! That is big! That is valuable! That is SEO at its best!  Learn more at http://www.6wseo.com or contact Chad Lieberman directly at 212-600-0775

Chad Lieberman Teaches SEO: Understanding Search Industry

SEO is a complicated industry not only because of its relative newness, but also because it is a constantly evolving set of strategies largely based on ever-changing search engine algorithms. As a result there is a significant amount of industry jargon associated with SEO that can make it difficult for all but the most up-to-date experts to grasp and effectively apply these strategies. The following is a description of the most common terms used in search engine optimization, but users should take note that the meaning and usefulness of any of these terms can change in a surprisingly short amount of time.

Affiliate marketing is the practice of one company or individual allowing other individuals or businesses to promote their products or services in exchange for a commission or fee. This is often done through niche marketing websites where SEO strategies are used to drive traffic to the affiliate offer. This allows businesses to build vast remote sales forces, and it allows sales people to sell thousands of different products without being required to stock, handle or ship inventory.

This term refers to data derived from the search and traffic patterns of a particular website. In most cases search experts refer to this term in reference to Google Analytics - a proprietary traffic measurement tool. In general analytics include data such as total amount of website visitors, where those visitors came from, how long they stay on a page and where they go as they navigate. It can also include paid demographic information such as age, sex, income, and other data that can be used to hyper-target consumers.

Anchor text refers to text that is clickable as an active link. By using basic computer coding skills, even inexperienced webmasters and internet marketers can use this SEO strategy to improve the search ranking for a particular website. This is because in many cases search engines will give more weight to a link that has relevant anchor text than one that does not.

Article marketing is one of the most effective tactics to drive more relevant traffic to a website. Writing high quality articles and syndicating that content out to related article directories, online and print publications, and private blog networks and media outlets accomplish this.

Arguably the most important part of search engine optimization, backlinks are links that point back to a website or webpage from another website. In very simple terms, search engines count these links as "votes" for the website being linked to. The more relevant the source, the more weight is given to a particular backlink. This is important to note considering that some backlinks from high authority, relevant sources can be worth more than hundreds or even thousands of backlinks from low-quality, unrelated sources.  Learn more at http://www.6wseo.com or contact Chad Lieberman directly at 212-600-0775
