The next thing we want to talk about the special attention we need to give when optimizing our meta tags. In the most basic rules of meta tags, there are 3 basic ones that revolve around SEO. Meta tags are really nothing except some code at the top of your html code before your on-site webpage code. Like special code only the search engines read. So we optimize it to make it see what we want it to see, and they are pretty smart nowadays, so make sure that everything is correct. You want your Title tag, which shows on the top of the browser and as the main link in search engines to include at least 3 of the main keywords your are targeted. The Description tag is what the search engines use under your main link, so use 3-5 main keywords in here and some other descriptive information about your business. The last thing you need is your keywords tag, which you want to put 2-5 of your main keywords and separate by commas. Make sure not to use any keyword 3X or more. 

The final part of these SEO lessons is the necessary knowledge you must know about building backlinks. Backlinks are when another site has a link that goes to your website. It is an incoming link, and we call it a backlink in web SEO terms. A few things to keep in mind: where to post, how to post and what kind of sites to post to. You want to make sure that you post links, or get links on sites that are in similar or related niche to yours. You also want to link back with some backlinks as your full URL, others as words like "click here", and then the most as anchor text, which is when the link is your keyword, this is the most powerful, but you must rotate the other types because it looks more natural to the search engines. Also, post on sites that have a higher PR ranking than your site, so you gain some PR juice. Now you know where, how, and what kind of sites to post backlinks to.
